Refund policy
Our refund and return policy is simple. If you’re unsatisfied with our coffee, let us know. We will try to make it right and if we can’t, we will refund you for the beans.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be sent back to us so the owner can inspect the issue and correct anything that might be wrong in our sourcing, roasting, packaging, or shipping processes.
Some items are exempt from being refunded.
- Gift cards
- Coffee not retuned for inspection
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or online order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Excessive amount of coffee were consumed from the returned bag
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, after inspection of the product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@firstcuplastcup.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Items other than coffee
Any items that are not coffee are not returnable or refundable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
